The brief

The client wanted a delivery service where customers book in a few taps and drivers take jobs from their phone, with tracking and payments built in. That meant two apps, one backend, and getting both apps approved on both stores.

How a delivery works

1

Book

Instant, same-day or scheduled, with the right vehicle for the load.

2

Match

A verified driver accepts the job in the driver app.

3

Track

Customer and driver follow the delivery live.

4

Pay

Secure payment inside the app.

The hard part:two apps, two stores

Shipping an app is more than writing it. Both apps had to pass Google Play and App Store review, and we stayed on through launch.

One backend

A Node.js and Express API serves both the customer app and the driver app.

Store releases

Both apps taken through review and published on Play Store and App Store.

Policy appeal

When Google Play suspended the app, we handled the appeal for the client.
